Imzo begins construction of production bases in Nukus, Namangan and Navoi. The new areas will allow the company to double the production volumes.
Building up the production base, developing and expanding its capacities is one of the most important strategic decisions of the AKFA Group. The company initiated a project to expand Imzo production and build production bases in Nukus, Namangan and Navoi. Today the production area of the factory in Tashkent is 70,000 sq. m.
The main focus of factories in these regions will be on the assembly of PVC, aluminum translucent structures, and glass processing for the existing customer base of the AKFA Group through reduced transport costs and increased trade ties. The new premises will allow us to double the volume of our products while ensuring the highest quality products.
Kamran Gulamov, CEO of AKFA Group, noted that the new areas will allow the company to double its production volumes, while ensuring the highest quality products. We pay attention to the modernization of equipment and optimization of technological processes in production. High-quality control is in place, and product tests are carried out at all stages of production. This will fully meet the population's need for a quality product in these regions.
The expansion of production will also create an additional 500 jobs. The construction project was arranged for five months. The launch of the plants is planned for May 2021.
IMZO is the largest brand for the production of translucent structures of any scale and complexity. The factory has been operating in the republic since 2016.
