Benkam employees are trained according to the international standard IATF 16949:2016.

Today, in order to organize production in accordance with the requirements of the international standard IATF 16949:2016, the Benkam plant is developing and implementing a Quality Management System.
At the same time, special attention is paid to training and advanced training of employees. In particular, production managers, department heads, quality control specialists, technologists and other employees are currently being trained in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA and 8D methods, which are important for producing quality products at international standards.
During the training, students learn and improve their skills in the areas of measurement systems analysis, statistical process control, long-term product quality planning, methods and consequences of nonconformity analysis, approval of mass-produced parts and other important concepts. At the end of the course, which will last until March 2, all participants will be tested and receive a certificate.
