A delegation from Germany visited the AKFA Plast production complex

AKFA Group is gradually increasing cooperation with companies from Germany. Over the past 2 years, the trade turnover of the AKFA group of companies with German enterprises has increased by 30%.
The average volume of exports of AKFA Group products to Germany over the past 3 years exceeds 2,000 tons per year. Particularly noteworthy is the fact that the AKFA Group exports products with high added value and a level of localization, which are used in such sectors of the German economy as construction and solar energy.
In this regard, the development of mutually beneficial cooperation between AKFA Group and companies from Germany is of increased interest to both parties.
On May 15, 2024, a trade delegation from the federal state of Rhineland-Palatinate (Germany) visited the AKFA Plast production complex located in the Navoi FEZ.
During the visit, guests from Germany got acquainted with the AKFA Plast production complex and held business negotiations with the head of the enterprise, Azizkhon Ibragimkhodjaev.
From the German side the following took part in the excursion:
• Katrin Börnemeier - Head of the Foreign Trade Department of the Ministry of Economic Affairs of Rhineland-Palatinate.
• Vera Neumann is a representative of the Ministry of Economic Affairs of Rhineland-Palatinate.
• Elvin Yilmaz is the head of foreign economic activity of the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The delegation also included representatives of the business community of the federal state of Rhineland-Palatinate.
The guests highly appreciated the organization of the production process, the technical equipment of the enterprise and the quality of the manufactured products.

The federal state of Rhineland-Palatinate is located in southwest Germany on the border with France, Belgium and Luxembourg and is one of the leading centers of innovation in Europe. Rhineland-Palatinate is one of the most developed industrial and scientific regions of Germany.
AKFA Group and Germany
The AKFA Group holding has strong business ties with companies from Germany. In particular, German manufacturers have been supplying industrial equipment to AKFA Group enterprises for many years.
In recent years, AKFA Group has entered into cooperation agreements with large German concerns such as Schüco and Rehau. In accordance with the agreements, BENKAM will produce extruded aluminum profiles under the Schüco brand. These products will be used in premium construction projects throughout Central Asia.
As part of the cooperation between AKFA Group and the Rehau concern, the production of windows under the famous German brand has been mastered at the IMZO factory. The companies also plan to launch the production of Rehau plastic profiles at the AKFA Plast production complex. The visit of the German delegation to the enterprises of the AKFA Group holding served to further deepen bilateral cooperation and develop economic relations between Uzbekistan and Germany.
