The information below is an official offer (public offer) LLC "AKFA BUILDING MATERIALS" capable individuals (hereinafter referred to as the Participant) to conclude a contract for participation in the promotion - Buy sectional radiators "AKFA Comfort" – get valuable prizes.
The specified agreement is public, i.e. according to the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, its terms are the same for all participants.
The Participant's performance of the actions provided for in this Offer means his unconditional agreement with the following conditions (acceptance of the Offer). From the moment of acceptance of the Offer, the Contract is considered concluded.
I. DEFINITIONS
1.1. Throughout the text of this offer, except in cases where otherwise is indicated or the context implies, the terms and definitions given in this section have the following meanings:
Promotion is a marketing event held by AKFA BUILDING MATERIALS LLC aimed at forming and increasing the loyalty of Participants.
The organizer of the action is Limited Liability Company LLC "AKFA BUILDING MATERIALS", a legal entity registered and operating under the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which is a manufacturer of heating radiators "AKFA Comfort" and has the appropriate rights to use the trademarks "AKFA Comfort".
The participant of the action is a capable individual taking part in the Action.
Telegram bot is a user account of the Organizer of the action in the Telegram messenger, under the name AKFA MEGA AKSIYA 23 @akfamegaaksiya23bot
Radiator "AKFA Comfort" – heating radiator manufactured by LLC "AKFA BUILDING MATERIALS".
II. SUBJECT OF PUBLIC OFFER
2.1. In accordance with this Public Offer, the Parties establish the procedure for conducting the Promotion, as well as the conditions for receiving valuable prizes by Participants.
III. GENERAL PROVISIONS
3.1. All persons accepting this Public Offer (Participants):
a) are interested in participating in the Promotion;
b) are interested in receiving incentives in the form of valuable prizes;
c) are familiar with the rules of the Promotion.
3.2. The promotion is held on the Telegram platform via the Organizer's Telegram bot.
3.3. The Organizer reserves the right to choose a platform for the announcement of the winners, thus one of the platforms may be the main one, and the others may be informational only.
3.4. The promotion period: from September 01 to December 30, 2023.
3.5. The place of the action: The Republic of Uzbekistan.
3.6. The information provided by the Participant will be used by the Organizer only for the purposes of the promotion.
IV. RULES OF PARTICIPATION IN the PROMOTION
4.1. To participate in the Promotion, the Participant:
a) Scans the QR code on the sticker located on the packaging of the radiator "AKFA Comfort"
b) Goes to the telegram bot and registers as a participant;
c) Receives a unique ID number;
d) Enters the hidden code from the sticker;
e) Waiting for the confirmation of the bot.
f) Waiting for the end of the promotion to determine the winners.
4.2. The procedure for receiving the prize for the promotion:
4.2.1. The participant registers a unique code in the AKFA MEGA AKSIYA 23 system once.

4.2.3. The number of prizes is limited;
4.3 The winners are determined by randomly selecting a “Randomizer”, in real time on the day of the end of the promotion.
4.4. The following persons cannot participate in the promotion:
a) persons who have not reached the age of majority (18 years);
b) incapacitated persons;
c) individuals who are not residents of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
IMPORTANT: to receive the prize, the personal presence of the Participant is required to present identity documents (passport), as well as TIN.
4.5. Participants who have performed the actions specified in paragraph 4.1. of this public offer automatically participate in the Promotion.
4.6. Participants who have performed the actions specified in clause 4.1. consent to the use of their personal data. The Organizer does not have the right to transfer the Participant's personal data to third parties. The Participant can withdraw from the Promotion at any time.
4.7. Each Participant participates in the Promotion in accordance with the conditions specified in this offer. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse to issue a prize if the Participant has violated the rules of participation in the Promotion.
4.8. The winners of the Promotion agree to place their names in the list of winners, as well as to videotape the moment of awarding the Prize for posting this video on the social pages of the organizer.
4.9. Participation in the Promotion is not available for the Organizer's employees and their family members.
V. THE PROCEDURE FOR AWARDING PRIZES
5.1. The list of winners will be announced at the end of the promotion on December 30, 2023.
5.2. The awarding of valuable prizes will be announced at the end of the promotion.
VI. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRIZES AND CONDITIONS FOR THEIR RECEIPT
6.1. Prizes are provided by the Organizer. The prizes, their qualitative and quantitative characteristics are determined by the Organizer.
6.2. The prize is not subject to refund, replacement, refund in cash.
6.3. The Organizer will receive or request only such personal information as is deemed necessary to receive the prize. The Organizer's privacy policy applies to users' personal information. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant agrees to such transfer of information and undertakes to obtain the appropriate consent from any persons whose personal information is used by the participant and received by the Organizer as part of the Promotion.
6.4. The Organizer does not bear any other obligations to the Participant, except for the award of the prize, and the Participant does not have the right to claim any property in excess of the prize received.
6.5. The Organizer reserves the right to make any changes and additions to this offer at its discretion. The organizer has the right to change or expand the list of prizes. The Organizer does not reimburse or compensate for losses, costs and any other expenses that may arise from the Participant in connection with participation in the Promotion.
