LAUNCH OF A GAS CONCRETE BLOCK PRODUCTION LINE

Today, the construction market is expanding rapidly: the number of construction companies in need of products that meet modern requirements is increasing.
After analyzing the building products market and stating the high demand for energy-saving building components, the AKFA group of companies decided to launch a plant for the production of import-substituting aerated concrete blocks.
Aerated concrete is a modern building material, a kind of aerated concrete, which, is an artificial stone with spherical, closed, but communicating pores with a diameter of 1-3 mm, evenly distributed throughout the volume. According to the final processing technology, aerated concrete is subdivided into "autoclaved" aerated concrete and "non-autoclaved".
The features of autoclaved aerated concrete, it is worth noting its following properties:

- thermal insulation
- frost resistance
- soundproofing
- environmental friendliness
- vapor tightness
- durability
- strength
In addition, aerated concrete blocks are lighter than conventional bricks, which reduce the costs of the necessary foundation work and increases the speed of construction work by approx. 40% compared to conventional brick construction. The heat loss of the finished building will be 3 times less compared to a building made of ordinary bricks.
The listed characteristics make aerated concrete a practical building material, especially in the climatic conditions of Uzbekistan.
In addition, in the production of aerated concrete products, gas consumption is reduced by 8 times, and when operating buildings erected from aerated concrete products, a fivefold decrease in energy consumption is possible.
Recall that according to the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On additional measures for the accelerated development of the building materials industry", it was instructed to increase the production of aerated concrete blocks by 7 times.
The AKFA group of companies studied in detail the proposals of a number of foreign suppliers and held a series of negotiations. As a result, an agreement was concluded with the company "Masa GmbH" (Germany) for the supply of production and technological equipment for the production of aerated concrete blocks.
The company "Masa GmbH" specializes in the design and manufacture of modern equipment for the industrial production of sand-lime bricks, aerated concrete blocks, small-piece concrete products and other building materials. The equipment produced is distinguished by impeccable quality, increased productivity and quick payback. Masa GmbH also has many years of experience in the field of equipment installation, which allows us to guarantee the organization of the production of high-quality building materials in accordance with world industry standards used in the modern construction business.
As the main supplier, Masa will coordinate the work of all sub-suppliers involved in the project.
The new plant, equipped with an automated line "Maza" for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks with a capacity of up to 450,000 m3, will be located in the Tashkent region on an area of more than 30,000 m2.
Experienced specialists from foreign countries will be involved in the production process, the AKFA group of companies also plans to create a total of approx. 90 new jobs in manufacturing, logistics, management, marketing and sales.
More than 97% of the raw materials required for the production of aerated concrete blocks will be purchased locally.
