The Uzbekistan 24 TV channel spoke about the export potential of AKFA Group

On April 24, the Uzbekistan 24 TV channel aired a story dedicated to the export potential of AKFA Group enterprises.
The film crew of the Uzbekistan 24 TV channel visited the production complexes of AKFA Plast and Benkam in order to cover the export activities of the enterprises. During the visit, the TV channel interviewed the heads of the enterprises - Azizkhon Ibragimkhodjaev (AKFA Plast) and Alisher Sirazhiddinov (Benkam).
The products of AKFA Group enterprises are supplied to 27 countries. The group of companies is constantly increasing its export volumes and expanding the list of international partners.
The priority export direction for AKFA Group is the US and North American markets. To meet the high requirements and standards of the global market, AKFA Group constantly modernizes production, introduces technological innovations and pays great attention to the environmental sustainability of its enterprises.
AKFA Plast
The head of AKFA Plast, Azizkhon Ibragimkhodjaev, noted that the modern production complex includes a full technological cycle for the production of plastic profiles. The production facility has 52 extrusion lines from leading German, Austrian and Turkish manufacturers. AKFA Plast employs more than 650 highly qualified specialists.
In order to create high-quality competitive products for the local and export markets, the company has successfully completed ISO 9001:2015 certification. A laboratory was also organized in which examination of profiles is carried out according to the following indicators:
- tensile strength and modulus of elasticity;
- Vicat softening point;
- Charpy impact strength;
- strength of corner welded joints;
- heat resistance.
“All this helps us to be a noticeable player in the international market and expand our export horizons,” Azizkhon Ibragimkhodjaev said in an interview with the TV channel.
Benkam
Benkam Director Alisher Sirazhiddinov emphasized that Benkam is a supplier of aluminum profiles for the construction, automotive and energy sectors. Benkam products meet ISO standards and also have all relevant certificates according to EN standards.
To ensure high quality products, the plant has Italian and Korean extrusion presses with a capacity of 4000, 2000 and 1000 tons. The plant created more than 1,000 jobs. Benkam's production capacity makes it possible to produce up to 80 thousand tons of finished products per year.
Benkam has its own high-tech laboratory where thorough research is carried out on each alloy. The verification procedure includes:
- measuring the thickness of the anodic coating;
- electrical conductivity measurement;
- pH level measurement;
- weight loss test;
- abrasion resistance test;
- checking the quality of sealing.
“Benkam successfully exports aluminum profiles to the USA, Canada, the European Union, the CIS and the Persian Gulf. Benkam’s international partners note the high quality of products and a careful approach at every stage - from production to delivery,” said the director of the AKFA Benkam plant.
“We plan to launch a new line of environmentally friendly products and consolidate our position in our priority markets of the USA and Canada,” Alisher Sirazhiddinov shared the company’s plans for the near future.
