Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Proven 1-2 years of experience working as a Logistics Coordinator, Logistics Administrator or a similar role
• Ability to work for long working hours
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Liaise with processors to ensure product is ready and loaded as scheduled
• Monitor the progress of order deliveries identifying any issues
• Ensure all international sales contracts are delivered in full and on time
• Liaise with customers and sales team keeping them informed of any issues and managing any issues in relation to delays or changes to deliveries
• Data entry of customer records - set up new customers, capture all customer logistics requirements and preferences into the system
• Generate international shipping documentation as required by importing country requirements and Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan
